Little League Classes

Toddler’s love to be told a story, and our classes put them right at the heart of the fun. They’ll be engaged throughout our 30-45 minute interactive sessions, learning sporting and educational skills as they’re introduced to games and fun characters. All with the guidance of our experienced pre-school coaches.

CLASS OVERVIEW

We run classes in many local halls and leisure centres, with 3 coaches taking small groups of up to 16 children (aged between 18 months and 4 years) on an exciting story-based adventure.

Structured sessions

Storytime begins on a big screen where children watch from the concentration mat, before our pre-school sports coach introduces activities that bring the story to life.

Skills development

Little ones are taught to throw, run, jump, balance and kick a ball, and they learn about colours, numbers, shapes and space before returning to finish the story.

Interactive characters

Max the Little League monkey guides children through the story and his special powers include being able to balance and throw, he’s quick and agile and is able to jump and kick.

Rewarding and engaging

One child is chosen as ‘Little Leaguer’ of the week, getting to take home Max the Little League monkey teddy. Parents can keep the story going with social media posts, and the lucky child shares the story of their week during the next class.

Seth (2 ½ years) has been attending Little League for 12 weeks and absolutely loves it – his face lights up at the mention of it.
