At LLS, we set the highest of standards in everything we do, this includes the appearance of our students. 

All successful applicants are asked to purchase a uniform bundle prior to starting with LLS. The adidas bundle ensures all learners are dressed equally, and it comes complete with specific items best suited to the nature of our course. 

Our expectation is that branded uniform is to be worn for all lessons, when attending work placements and whilst representing LLS at events and visits. Additional items can be purchased via our online shop, if needed. 

If, for whatever reason, your son/ daughter is unable to join the programme, but you have begun or completed your uniform payment plan, you may be eligible for a refund (minus your £25 non-refundable deposit). 

Refund Eligibility 

You will only be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your son/ daughter fails to meet the entry requirements to access the LLS course (five GCSEs at grade 4-9/ C-A*), and LLS are unable to offer an academic trial.
  • You have to move to a different area for personal reasons, and LLS are unable to provide you with a new study centre.

If your son/ daughter decides that the LLS course is no longer for them and they choose to study on another course and the order has already been submitted to the supplier, we cannot guarantee a refund. For reference, LLS annual kit order is usually placed on May 1st each year. As each uniform bundle is personalised and sizes are ordered for individual students, it means we are unable to return any orders to our supplier. This means that LLS can only issue a refund, if said bundle can be resold to another learner. If a new buyer is found, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid, minus the £25 deposit.

Based on the information provided above, LLS cannot guarantee if and when refunds will be issued, however, we will endeavour to do so within 2 weeks of the DfE October census.

Size exchanges may be available, but this will depend on what items are still available at our HQ. Please also ensure that all tags remain on each item until you are confident that the item is suitable; we are unable to exchange any items without tags.
