Description
Date: Wednesday 25th October 2023
Location: National Taekwondo Centre in Manchester
Checklist for students: Full LLS Kit, Lunch for the day, water bottles.
Schedule:
- 8:45am: Minibus will leave from LLS HQ. (For those travelling from HQ.)
- 10.30am: Arrive at GB Taekwondo Centre to watch training. This will include a number of Team GB athletes, including Bianca.
- 11.15am: Mike (Bianca’s coach) will give a 5mins intro into his role, Bianca’s weekly training schedule etc and students can ask Mike any questions.
- 5mins for students: (that want to take part) to get shoes off and ready and then:
- 11.30am-12pm: Taekwondo training class with Bianca.
- 12:00pm -12.45pm: Lunch time/time for pictures.
- 12.45pm-1.15pm: Q+A with Bianca, Gary Hall (Performance Director) and David Drakey (lead S&C).
- 1.15pm-2:00pm: Challenge in the gym. Students that want to take part will be set a challenge by Bianca and the winner will get a Team GB t-shirt!
- 2:00pm: FINISH
