If you’re aged 16 to 18 and searching for a sixth form sports course in the Wirral then look no further!

LLS have teamed up with Co-op Academy Bebington to offer males and females the opportunity to gain Level 3 qualifications which lead on to university and full-time employment.

All learners are given the opportunity to gain weekly multi-sport work experience in the community to local children.

Our Unique learning model, Wirral

Gain qualifications, access work experience, and build your professional network.

Study towards a BTEC Level 3 extended diploma in sports coaching and development and gain up to 168 UCAS points.

Your unique timetable includes 3 days per week of theory and practical lessons with 2 days dedicated to your work experience.

Work experience will take place in schools and at sports clubs in your local community. Once you have learned the basics and developed your confidence, you will be invited to gain experience in areas outside of the Wirral. Impress here and you could be off to Tenerife or further afield!

You will become part of our student network meaning you will receive invitations to incredible events. Better still, you will be given the chance to meet and speak to some of world sports most successful professionals, from coaches through to sports scientists and even athletes.

Anthony Scotland

Experience:

Ant has been with LLS for 12 years and has been teaching for 9 years in multiple centres/schools across the North West.

He has coached both academy and grass roots football for over 12 years. As well as playing semi-professional football in Liverpool and Wales.

Ant is currently a coach for Liverpool Schoolboys U15’s.

Qualifications:

Ant has a PGCE, A1 Assessors award and is also a UEFA B licensed coach.

Interesting fact:

Ant has Travelled to all 5 countries in Scandinavia playing and coaching football. He is also a world record holder by playing in the longest game of 5 a side football (41 hours).
