All learners are given the opportunity to gain weekly work experience in the local community to provide inclusive multi-sports to local children.

Work towards a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development, earning up to 168 UCAS points.

Your personalised timetable includes four days of engaging theory and practical sessions, plus one day focused entirely on valuable work experience.

Multi-sports Opportunities

Our multi-sport students are given some fantastic experiences. Pathways for students include the chance to attend university, gain full-time employment or an apprenticeship in the sports industry. Those wishing to coach abroad can apply for paid jobs at the Global Coaching Conference. All students are given international opportunities including an end of season trip to Alicante.

LLS Experiences: Joe went on the LLS trip to Alicante and also coached abroad with Challenger Sports.

Qualifications: LLS Extended BTEC Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development, Football and Basketball Coaching Level 2.

Joe is now in his 2nd year of University studying Sports Science.

Main Sport: Netball

LLS Experiences: Attended the LLS trip to Finland and spent a summer coaching in Pennsylvania with Camp America.

Qualifications: LLS Extended BTEC Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development, Netball Coaching Level 2.

Erin has been coaching with Nottingham Forest FC’s Netball project for several years, and is currently enrolled in University.
