Work Abroad Through LLS: A Look Back At The Global Coaching Conference

This year’s Global Coaching Conference is set to go ahead next month on the 27th of November. It’s chock full of opportunities for our coaches, so make sure to book your place when tickets drop on the 20th October. Previous years have seen companies like Beestera Soccer Academy, Challenger, Evolution Sports Qatar and Smaller Earth.

The GCC gives LLS sixth form students the chance to showcase their coaching skills and gain coaching roles abroad. Beestera Soccer offers roles throughout the United States, Challenger Sports holds camps in the US and Canada, and Smaller Earth has camps in the US, Canada and China.

Beestera Soccer

2024 saw Beestera Soccer recognised as the #1 Nike Soccer Camp in the U.S. Awards like this only come with delivering world class soccer programmes consistently. Since 2015, they’ve grown to establish 53 locations across the country. 

Evo Sports Qatar

Evo Sports Qatar has been at the forefront of grassroots development since their start in 2007. Providing top quality training and sports education is a key element of their success. They provide a unique opportunity for LLS students to work with a company that’s been forging a path for football in Qatar for years. Here, our coaches can be a part of one of the most fast-developing grassroots sports movements in the world. 

Smaller Earth

Smaller Earth is a company that works in 17 different territories across the world. They’ve facilitated the cultural exchange of over 100,000 participants. It’s this cultural exchange that cuts to the heart of what we want to encourage for our coaches. That’s why we’re proud to say that they’ve been regulars in past GCC’s.

Challenger Sports

Challenger Sports hosts camps throughout continental North America. They work to provide young athletes a place to train and develop their abilities, and have done for nearly 40 years. They’ve been a staple of the Global Coaching Conference for some time, and have been consistently providing LLS students with amazing opportunities to work abroad.
