LLS Fitness Expo 2026: Tickets Available Now
The LLS Fitness Expo is a 2 day exhibition exclusively for students on the LLS Sixth Form sports course. It provides insight, knowledge, and guidance on building a career in the sports industry.
The LLS Fitness Expo will take place on the 2nd and 3rd of February 2026.
Tickets are £99 and include a visit to Liverpool FC’s Axa Academy and Everton FC’s training ground, Finch Farm. We’ll hear from sports industry experts covering areas such as scouting, coaching, physiotherapy, football analysis and more.
Moreover, our students will hear from lecturers in the Liverpool Hope University sports science and biomechanics department. They’ll be informed about what they can expect should they choose to continue their education through university. These choices shape young people’s lives, so it’s important for them to understand their options.
Next up is a workshop run by the Uno Mas Movement, which will highlight valuable information about becoming a successful personal trainer, as well as using social media to help build a career.
We want to promote skills that will allow our students to thrive after they become LLS graduates. In that vein, the Expo also includes a workshop on building your own online brand. Students will get an idea of the skills they need to be self-employed, whether they’re a physiotherapist, personal trainer, coach or anything else.
Additionally, the group will take part in workshops on nutrition, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning.
They’ll also make use of the facilities on a visit to the David Lloyd gym before taking part in a yoga session, followed by an instructional talk from a successful business owner.
