Our BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development in partnership with Llandudno FC is designed for those looking for a future in football.
Our football and education programme includes weekly training sessions, competitive games, and dedicated weekly work experience. In addition – the programme offers unique national and international opportunities, such as English Premier League trips, annual international tournaments, and guidance on player pathways like US football scholarships, university entry, and coaching jobs abroad.

Premier League Trip
Students will participate in an immersive 2-day residential trip to Liverpool, providing a direct look into the world of professional football. The itinerary includes experiencing the city’s rich football culture and exclusive, behind-the-scenes tours of iconic stadiums, offering unparalleled insight into top-flight professional football.
Football Coaching Work Experience
Students gain invaluable, weekly football coaching work experience by coaching directly with Llandudno FC. This partnership allows students to volunteer and work within the club’s extensive grassroots structure. By working alongside experienced mentors and the club’s management team, students build a professional CV, develop essential leadership skills, and create local connections.
