If you’re aged 16 to 18 and searching for a sixth form sports course in Flint then look no further!

LLS have teamed up with Flint High School to offer males and females the opportunity to gain Level 3 qualifications which lead on to university and full-time employment.

All learners are given the opportunity to gain weekly work experience in the local community and can provide inclusive multi-sports to local children.

Qualification

Work towards a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development, earning up to 168 UCAS points.

Your personalised timetable includes four days of engaging theory and practical sessions, plus one day focused entirely on valuable work experience.

You’ll begin your work experience in local schools and sports clubs within your community. As you build your skills and grow in confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience.

This is the only course in Wales which gives young people an exclusive invitation to the global coaching conference, which offers 18-year-olds paid summer jobs around the world.

Multi-sports Opportunities

Our multi-sport students are given some fantastic experiences. Pathways for students include the chance to attend university, gain full-time employment or an apprenticeship in the sports industry. Those wishing to coach abroad can apply for paid jobs at the Global Coaching Conference. All students are given international opportunities including an end of season trip to Alicante.
